"Refund went through easily"
I returned one item and got my refund back quickly, so no complaints there. Has anyone else had the same experience with refunds being processed that fast?

"Showed up way faster than I expected"
Im surprised how quick the shipping was. It got here really fast and everything was good when it arrived.

"Kind of hit or miss"
I’d say the selection is hit or miss. They do have some cute pieces and a decent variety overall, but a few categories felt a little picked over or limited. I ended up finding one thing I liked, but not much else really stood out. It’s fine if you’re just browsing, but I wouldn’t go in expecting to find a ton.

"Packaging could’ve been better"
My order showed up fine, so I can’t really complain too much... but the box was a little squashed and the tape looked kind of messy. Nothing inside was damaged, thankfully. I just expected the packaging to be a bit neater, I guess...

"Honestly solid"

"Decent site, but a little bumpy to use"
I spent some time browsing zandyzoos.com and it was okay overall, nothing terrible. The site looks fine, but it felt a bit clunky in spots, and a few pages took longer to load than I expected. I also had to click around more than I wanted just to find certain details. Then out of nowhere I got kind of annoyed because it should’ve been simple. Anyway, it works and I could still browse, but the experience could definitely be smoother with a little cleanup.

"Decent value and an easy experience"
I ordered a few things from Zandy Zoos for the price, I felt like it was a good deal. Everything showed up without any issues, and the quality was a bit better than I was expecting. It’s not high-end or anything, but the whole experience felt straightforward and fair. If their prices stay around the same, I’d probably order from them again

My order showed up with the wrong items, and a few things were missing too. It was really frustrating because it’s not what I paid for. I tried to get it sorted out, but there was no follow-up, which made the whole experience even more annoying

"Heads up: their support actually responds fast"
Just a quick heads up for anyone ordering from zandyzoos.com, I had a small issue with my order and didn’t expect much when I messaged them. But they got back to me quickly, and the person I dealt with was friendly and fixed it without turning it into a whole hassle. It’s rare dealing with an online shop that actually answers and sorts things out, so I figured it was worth mentioning. I’d order from them again.

"Seemed okay, I guess?"
I was a little confused at first because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect from the site, but it seemed legit enough. My order showed up fine, and when I messaged support, they got back to me quickly. So overall, no real issues.
